Data Analyst (Social listening)

Scope of Work:

Being responsible for (1) monitoring social listening queries, (2) analyzing and interpreting social listening data and social media performance, and (3) creating reports that visualize the findings in a cohesive manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics or Information Technology
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience using social listening tools, interpreting and analyzing social media analytics data
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to transform data into a concise and compelling story
  • Familiar with social media platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pantip
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint programs
  • Organized with an attention for detail
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Thai

 

Responsibility:

  • Pull and interpret data from social listening and social media monitoring tools
  • Take initiative on refining keyword queries
  • Create reports from social data into a cohesive story, by visualizing findings and providing actionable insights on a regular basis
  • Benchmarking performance across social media channels
  • Performing ad hoc analytics
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams
